Process

1. 01

   Before launch

   Full crawl, complete URL inventory, redirect map, and a performance baseline. Staging QA before anything ships.

2. 02

   At launch

   Redirect verification at scale, index directives, sitemap swap, and monitoring through the cutover.

3. 03

   After launch

   Daily crawl and Search Console checks, 404 and chain cleanup, and confirmation that equity landed where it was routed.

4. 04

   Recovery

   For migrations already done: isolating which templates and URL sets declined and what is recoverable.
